Nice location and cheap for a reason I will not stay there again! Breakfast decent.
It seemed as if the room was unfinished or rushed to accommodate a guest. Short on Towels. No light bulbs in the fixtures and wires were hanging out of the empty fixtures. Phone was thrown together on the kitchen counter not near the bed, The clock radio was old and did not work. The "free" Wi-Fi did not work, even after my husband complained and they gave him a Wi-Fi connection circa 1998. TV signal went in and out, and to top it all off a rat ran down a rat whole in front of our door.

Great location near the beach and attractions
Room was a little musty smelling and the bathrooms need fans.

At night, the room was dark which makes it a lot easier to get to sleep and stay asleep. I had a great night's sleep.
I can't think of anything.

Hot water did not work in the sink. Management was aware of the issue and failed to spend the money for the repairs. If you didn't get there early for breakfast, there were no eggs.

My son was swollen from being bit by bed bugs. I had to go to Walmart at 4 am to buy benadryl. But do appreciate the staff for changing all linens as requested.

It was comfortable for sure.
We had 2 rooms, my daughters room was nicer and didn't seem to be refurbished in the past to many times. But my room looked like they had "tried" rebuilding it many times in the past. It looked like some idiot made plans then stopped and started in another direction. Not once but over and over, how strange.

They had a great breakfast and the staff were great! My daughter accidentally left her purse and they went to get it and keep it until we could get back! Thank you!!

Location was great, across the street from the Rockport/Fulton fair grounds. The Market Days event was on Saturday;it was great for seeing crafts. Rockport downtown was very close to this hotel. This was great for antique shopping, more than 20 stores down the strip. But no pubs in this area, just a winery w/o a vineyard. The wine tasting was great!
Facility / Hotel needs to be updated. The colors of the room and decor were depressing. First night, room was very muggy bad smell. Also had bed bugs. Second night, the bed was not made up that morning,I guess house keeping decided not to attempt. But our friends next door had their bed made. ??? Mentioned bugs at checkout and receptionist was dismissive.

It was quiet
Me and my man haven't had a vacation in 8 years and did not get the room we wanted. We asked for a king size bedroom and got two queen size beds that were like boards. There wasn't even a phone in the room. Carpet was dirty and walls were falling apart. This place was being neglected badly and it was awful. No where else to stay we were stuck so we went to Walgreens and bought lysol to spray the room down. Also free breakfast was nasty!!! Never will we go again here
